I'm feeling extremely fortunate right now. I've seen people post videos celebrating that they've passed 100K or 1 million subscribers on YouTube and those are extremely impressive milestones.
I just recently passed 400 subscribers, with around 250 new in just over a month. That may not seem all that impressive to most, but it's a lot to me. I have wanted to make YouTube videos for a long time but didn't dip my toe in the water until this year.
For Heckle Radio we used to record clips of the show and do live streams of recording sessions, but this is the first time I've made videos specifically for YouTube that weren't podcast related.
I didn't really know what I was doing when I started uploading, and let's be honest, I still don't. The one thing I do know is that I'm having a blast doing it.
Thank you so much to everyone who has been watching, liking, and subscribing to my channel. I really didn't think anyone would watch and I would just be uploading videos for myself. Now my videos have 36K views in the last month. That blows my mind.
I'm just a big dumb nobody from the suburbs of Seattle who really appreciates that anyone is even interested in listening to anything I have to say.
Thank you.
